I would highly recommend building with Heritage Craft Homes! We have really enjoyed building with them. We are super thrilled with how our house turned out! It is better than we imagined. HCH allowed all of our customized options unlike other builders. They responded immediately when we would reach out about questions.
Michelle was very helpful start to finish and provided any advice that we needed. Super awesome to work with!
Chad was constantly on top of our house making sure items were getting completed. He always took our phone calls and gave us updates on where we were at.
Cody the owner runs a great business! He was very friendly to work with.
Ike and Jed also bent over backwards for our house.
We have had a positive experience throughout this whole process and would definitely build with them again.

I have nothing but good things to say about their sales representative, Michelle. She guided us through the process step by step and really helped make it a great experience. She is honest, hard working, and will do just about anything to get your house the way you want it!

Chad and Ike, who are the scheduler and foreman are miracle workers! They got everything done for us as quickly as possible in order for us to close before thanksgiving! It was done with finesse and we love our new house!

Cody, the owner, has been great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and personable and runs Heritage Craft Homes with great regard for his employees and customers!

I highly recommend purchasing a Heritage Craft home! I am currently in the process of purchasing a spec home that is still under construction located at the Heritage North community located in Plain City 84404.

I have had the very best experience with the builders rep Michelle. I Can honestly say I have dealt with other builders in the past and none of them even come close in comparison to the team at Heritage Craft Homes.

The contractor goes above and beyond to make sure their clients have the very best building and buying experience.

Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and always right on top of coordinating with the foreman Chad and the trades people through the building process to get everything required and what the buyer requests completed in a timely manner.

As builders go, these are some of the best! Cody, the owner, designs all of his own plans and they are beautiful! Michelle, the Contract manager, is friendly, quick to get everything in place, and seems to never stop working! Chad, the Foreman, is the most professional and hardest working that I have ever met! If there is an issue with something, he is just a call away and gets things done so fast! The rarest quality of this builder is that they keep their promises! I would recommend them every time! Large scale knowledge, artisanal level craftsmanship.

We are currently using this builder for our home. We’ve had a few unexpected delays, but so far the owner has been decent. There is a larger home across the street that Cody (the owner of Heritage Craft) is building too. Our home was framed five weeks before that one and now the home across the street looks to finish before ours. I understand there are shipping delays and scheduling contractor issues, but a phone call or a text would solve any frustration or concerns. I try to be as direct and honest in my dealings with people as I can and that is why this rating is not a five star YET. I’m concerned that Heritage Craft MAY be a big enough company that they forget the value of customer service &/or customer relations. They build a lot of speck homes where there is no home owner involvement. Unfortunately the responsiveness and level of communication from the owner and project manager reflects that. Communication is fantastic with Michelle and she has been very good to work with. Unfortunately she is only one person in their office and it takes a great deal more people to complete the job. Understanding good business practices always comes from the top down.

I will update this review when our dealing is complete. ‘So-far-so-.......good.’ 😉

My wife and I just moved into our new home last week, heritage craft did a great job on everything during the build! Michelle and Chad were the ones we had kept in contact with the most during construction and they always answered our questions and always kept us up to date on what was next on the schedule and they were great from A to B. We didn’t chat with Cody and the rest of the team to much but from the few small conversations we had with them they were kind and professional.
To keep it short and simple I would highly recommend heritage craft they built beautiful and quality homes.
