One of their drivers hit my car because she was not paying attention and was facing the wrong direction. I laid on my horn as she came right at me and she tore the whole driver’s side off the front of my car. She lied about filing out a police report and lied to the insurance adjuster when I filed a claim. The entire company was dishonest, refused to release insurance information at the time of the accident. I am now stuck paying for the repairs myself.

Avenues Fiber installation - They are completely unprofessional. No communication with the community they work in. They leave their personal garbage everywhere constantly (water bottles, food wrappers, used masks, tool packaging, dug up gravel/rocks). They block all on-street parking without notice. They destroy water mains and sewage lines. Many employees, especially higher-ups, not wearing masks. The worst team I have ever seen for a major infrastructure project. Do not use. Do not recommend.

Sorensen Construction Incorporated (SCI) was the contractor hired by Google Fiber to run fiber to my house and they broke a main sprinkler line during the installation. I was there when they tried to repair the line the first time and the line still leaked a bit so he said he would try again. I said not to bury anything until I had a chance to review the repair. I went in the house and got caught on a work call, and when I had come back out everything had been buried and they had left without a word so I couldn't see how they had repaired it. A repair of some sort was done since there's no water gushing out of the area, but I'd have to dig everything back up to confirm that there's no longer a minor leak. Google Fiber was also completely unhelpful in holding this contractor responsible and wouldn't agree to have them come dig stuff back up unless there was a "noticeably major leak", so I will be giving them a bad review as well. I certainly wouldn't consider them for any quality, transparent work.

I've served multiple SCI employees at my restaurant for the past three weeks or so, and they have never tipped. I guess this company creates a culture where their employees believe they're Superior to service staff. If you don't think restaurant service is worth paying for, start meal prepping!

We rented a Type III barricade from Wasatch Barricade for a block party for an annual 4th of July party we have, they delivered on time but when I left the sign out for pick up on the 5th they apparently did not come but the sign was gone by the end of the 5th. They did not come until the 7th to try and pick it up, no calls that they couldn't come or anything. Then on the 12th of July there is a post it note on my door saying they are missing the sign. No calls or any information leading up to this that a sign is missing. On the same day the 12th all of a sudden I am charged $300! for a $60 rental, again no contact or information on the situation. This was the first time I used them and I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I did not know that there was a problem until I called the morning of the 13th. RENTERS AND BUYERS BEWARE!!!

One of your vans was driving 55mph in a 25mph road in South Ogden by Mckay-Dee hospital at 18:20. Just glad there weren’t any kids playing outside at that time.
