I would recommend this business to anyone! I went to my physician for mold toxicity after we found mold in our home and she recommended this company. Not only do they do incredible work but they are amazing people! They are professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They are also kind and compassionate! They even took my trash out for me! I was frantically trying to get out the door with my cat so they could start and I asked if they would take my trash out for me and without missing a beat they said yes! Like, what?! Amazing! Amazing company, amazing product, amazing people! I HIGHLY recommend them.

I didn’t want to leave a review until I was certain that it worked. I’m beyond impressed. It’s was shortly after I moved into my new condo that I smelled the most horrific smell in my bathroom. Seems like every time the floor by the shower got water on it, it stank for several days. Your guys came out, and since then I’ve had absolutely no problem with smell. I am so grateful!

If you want a company who truly cares about your situation, pure maintenance is your people. Mike Adams, the owner is one of the most genuine people I've meet. He helped with our mold problem and went above and beyond for our little family to make things safe for us! Pure maintenance was also more than willing to search for any mold issues we had in our home! They jumped right into our crawlspace and attic without any thought and found our problems! I don't trust a lot of mold remediation companies, but this one I can say I do! They also have an understanding of the dangers of mold that other companies do not even come close to recognizing. I'm grateful for these guys!

We just purchased a home and are getting it ready to rent. The previous owner did not disclose that there had been a flood in the basement. It was a neighbor who told us about the flood which was caused by a sewage backup three years ago.We hired Pure Maintenance of Utah to do a mold test. The test came back spotless. It is completely safe to rent, and we are extremely grateful that we do not have to pay to have the home fumigated, as that is not necessary.

I feel 100% satisfied with my experience with Pure Maintenance, because they were completely honest with me. A less-than-honest company could possibly have made up things that needed to be done, charging us a bundle of money. Not Pure Maintenance! They are perfectly honest! And Alex was wonderful to work with. When he came to do the mold inspection, he was cheerful, friendly, punctual, and made the whole experience very positive. Thank you Pure Maintenance!
