. We spoke about the design and payed him over three thousand dollars in October 2022. My wife and I met Jordan with Jordan face to face in November 2022 when we traveled back to Alaska for our property and told him we needed something concrete by April. We received the initial draft of our home (not the shop) in January 2023. I explained to him the changes we wanted and that was it. I have emailed him at least six times and and called him at least a dozen. We have lost out on a lot of money and time because of his lack of ethical business practices. Do not go with him and if you do get everything in a contract.

Super thankful for Alaska Plans. Jordan drew our plans in February of 2021 and the experience was stellar.
1. Jordan is knowledgeable. Because Jordan drew the plans, we knew they (a) actually could be built as drawn and (b) would be solidly constructed.
2. Jordan added value. Drawing out our ideas and goals, Jordan made significant suggestions and improvements to our project.
3. Jordan is well connected. He was the top recommendation by several builders who value the quality of his work and his personable, collaborative style.
4. Jordan has integrity and cares about his clients. He took the time to explain details and be sure we understood options.
