While my husband and I are new to lot surveying and understand some things take time, this does not excuse the level of difficulty required to work with Stephen at Entellus. Entellus has been extremely difficult to work with and not worth the $6200.00 they charged us. They had to send 3 separate surveyors on separate occasions in attempts to perform the survey correctly. On the third attempt, we met Stephen and were informed that our original surveyor had quit unexpectedly and current cases were not delegated properly so ours got "lost in the mix." As indicated by the slow response time, our continued emails throughout the past 10 months also got "lost in the mix." Fast forward 10 months to when we're finally ready to collect signatures on our printed plat where I notice my name was incorrect in three places. I take full responsibility on poor communication about which name I'm using, but when Stephen was informed of the error AND that the date on our last title report was incorrect, he has refused to reprint stating that we can just scratch out the incorrect places with sharpie and write in the correct dates / names. While this may be legally acceptable, it shows that Stephen is not willing to put in more effort than bare minimum. This coupled with Stephen's resistance to send the electronic copy of the plat to officials that need to sign it screams he has wiped his hands clean of our business and is no longer willing to help. I hope to never require the services of Entellus again, and recommend you find another, more organized, helpful, and responsive company.

Just go anywhere but here. They are anything but helpful. The engineers aren't willing to put in any creative effort and don't ever respond.
