Steve has excellent and timely communication with his clients.

Professional, prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, personable, high quality, reliable. Excellent experience two times, last spring, and now (March 2022).

We had Steve do a residential survey for us last April. Even though it was an extremely busy time for surveys, construction, appraisals, you name it, Steve was able to do the survey quickly, busy schedule and all. He was booked out for months. Some friends of ours were told by every surveyor they contacted, getting a survey done, at that time, was at least 6 months out. We were more than satisfied, Steve was able to get everything accomplished in 2 weeks time.

We contacted him again just recently, for a survey on an agricultural property. Completed in under 2 weeks from initial contact!

Steve Woolsey was great! I asked him to mark the corners of a new lot I recently purchased. He said he was busy and it would be a couple weeks out. I texted him the lot info when I closed the deal and he called me the next morning to tell me he was done. This was very refreshing due to the rough time I was having just getting a contractor to call me back in Cedar City. He had a lot of helpful info for me on my next steps of building. I need to survey again for the power company...I won't be calling anyone other than Steve. They probably wouldn't call back anyway.
