I hired Earthtec to do a soil test for a home build. They made a site visit. However, made a recommendation for fill based on the soil test that was done for the subdivision; not my lot. I called Earthtec, told them of my disagreement with their service, and told them I no longer needed a report from them.

I was forced to hire another soil test from another company. I was billed the full amount. I talked to the owner, John Smith, and requested assistance. This was his chance to make it right and he did not.

I will not use them again and will recommend to others the same.
