Truly amazing experience working with Region Engineering & Surveying! We worked with Shawn. Here is the backstory... We bought a lot in Elk Ridge, UT that has been incorporated into the city, but did not have utilities yet. The city wanted us to go through a FULL "subdivision" process even though we were not dividing anything. We thought about trying to work through their process ourselves but have some friends who just went through the same process and it took them almost 18 months!!! We were referred to Shawn. He communicated quickly, and we decided to hire him. He had full utility plans back to us VERY quickly. During the city planning and review process our contact at the city would CC Shawn with changes and he would have completed the schematics and sent the new plans back to the city before I had even noticed the request. The city planners loved working with him. When we got to the city council they did the preliminary and final approval at the same time because his plans were so complete. We made it through the city with full approval a couple of months after starting!!! Amazing!
