Derek Bulloch built a barndominium for me. I couldn't have been happier from the start to the finish. Derek, was there making sure things got done on time. Derek is a man of his word. In the last 3 years Robert A. Bulloch Construction has not only built our personal home but 4 investment properties with us as well. I would highly recommend Bulloch Construction!

I have known and worked with Robert and Derek for over 15 years. They are the best type of people to know. They handle themselves professionally and they put the customer first in everything they do.

I live in a house that Derek built and I can say for certain that the extra time and care he put into its construction has saved me multiple times. When other houses in our neighborhood were suffering flood damage, the extra details that Derek took while building our home saved us from a similar fate.

Derek is amazing to work with! I work with buyers building new homes as part of my job and have worked with dozens of builders in Southern Utah over the past 15 years. I’ve learned that sometimes the best people to ask for a builder recommendation are the subs that work in the area and see the quality of work or lack thereof that gets hidden behind the walls. When I needed a builder in Cedar City area Derek came highly recommended by some of my favorite subs. That means he not only treats his homeowners right but it’s just who he is all the way around.
