Good communication overall. Quick response time. Was able to get land survey and topographic map of my land to me very fast. About 3 weeks turn around time from time of first call. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted three companies and left messages. Ensign Engineering was the first to respond. One company responded two or three days after I scheduled my survey with Ensign Engineering. One company never responded to my request. I am very impressed by the work that was done.

HIRED TO SURVEY [MEETS & BOUNDS] MY .31 ACRE RESIDENTIAL LOT IN MURRAY IN SUMMER 2019. IT COSTS THOUSANDS, TOOK NEARLY 4 MONTHS TO RECEIVE THE PLAT [I WAS REQUESTING REPEATEDLY. ONLY 2 ["FEATHER"?] MARKERS LEFT [NONE ON PROPERTY LINES] AND MEETS AND BOUNDS WERE NEVER MARKED. I DISCOVERED TODAY [WHEN COOK SURVEYING CO. WAS HERE] THAT THE SURVEY WAS NEVER RECORDED WITH SALT LAKE COUNTY. OUTRAGEOUS!!! IF NO PROMPT REFUND OF 2019 CHARGES, I'LL BE HIRING AN ATTORNEY. LEFT 2 MESSAGES WITH BILL CLARK TODAY - NO ANSWER YET.
