I live above the Colmena Group Office in a condo complex. We have worked with Colmena several years now, and they are attentive, and address issues in a timely way. Their staff is great to work with, and provide help and resources as needed. I have found them to be concerned about sustainability, they eco-friendly, and are builders for a better community. Never would I ever support such a selfish company. They don’t care about their customers, only profit. They support the inland port, which will do salt lake residents more harm than good, yet they don’t care so long as it means their pockets get fuller!

This company supports and will profit off of the inland port which means they support and profit off the worsening of our already atrocious SLC valley air, and the further polluting of the environment in general. They don’t care about people, their health, or the planet. They care about making a buck in a time when that’s the last thing any person or company with power and money should be focusing on.

If I could possibly give less than one star I would. The inland port is detrimental to our environment and a company who is making short term capital over the long term health of SLC is not a company to do business with.
