I can’t thank Chas and his team enough!
Our ownership group came to Thrive with a real challenge when we needed a 45,000 SF building to be completed in just over a year. They worked seamlessly with our design and construction team to make sure we had a smooth transition with a high-quality product. Offered suggestions to maximize funds and time available. Helped craft a budget to meet our needs for this project that was on an exceptionally tight schedule. Fully transparent as they guided us through all of the city code requirements and submittal. Took all the time our team needed to understand every aspect of the process. Now that our project is complete, Thrive continues to drive real estate sales with impressive results even in this challenging climate. Thanks for everything.

Thrive Development provides an exceptional experience and service! Everyone that works there is top notch. I met Chas Johnson, owner of Thrive Development, 14 years ago when he worked with another company. He helped me and my business partners, who are all in the dental field and have zero building experience, to navigate the building process. Thrive/Chas then helped me again several years ago with building a 15,000 sq. ft building in Tooele. Chas made the process smooth and oversaw the many meticulous details so that I could focus on my Orthodontic practice and my patients. Thrive also helped find tenants to lease 2 spaces within our building. In 2019, we were notified of UDOT declaring eminent domain of our building in South Jordan along Bangerter Highway. We were given 11 months to vacate the premises. We, as owners, were overwhelmed with how to proceed. Thrive development helped every step of the way and made the process great. They helped us buy property, build a 45,000 sq. ft building, and now are helping us sell 7 condos within our newly built building. I can not say enough positive things about Thrive. They are true professionals in every sense.
