Brandee Davis was recommended to us as a realtor by our friends because they really liked working with her. We messaged Brandee and set up a first appointment to meet in the middle of June 2024.

Brandee informed us about her background as a lawyer and her personal motivation for getting a realtor. Since we were first time home buyers, she explained the whole process of home buying to us at our first appointment. We informed her of everything we were looking for in a house and what we were willing to compromise on and what we were firm on. She left a very positive impression and a buyer's agent agreement for us to ponder over before we signed it.

As first-time home buyers, this was a big step for us. But after some deliberation, we signed the agreement and so began our journey house-hunting in and around Salt Lake City from Farmington to South Jordan, in July 2024.

Brandee was more than happy to accommodate our busy schedules and on an occasion when she was unable to, she arranged for us to be taken care of by another agent who was just as accommodating.

Brandee never insisted we make a move on a house that we didn't fully like and agree on. She always explained everything to us in great detail and personally worked a lot to get all the answers we needed to make an informed decision. We never felt an iota of pressure from her to sign any paperwork. In fact, we always felt like we were the drivers of the house-hunting process and Brandee was our navigator. She was flexible and friendly, and always worked in our best interests. After about 4-5 weekends of looking at houses, we finally decided that we liked a new build enough to make a move on. Brandee was quick to help us get all the paperwork from the builders. She delved into the legalities of the paperwork over the weekend, explained all the legalese in simple English to us, and we ended up signing a contract with the builders. She also helped us with the due diligence process, found amazing home inspectors for us who did a remarkable job. Branded also helped negotiate an amazing contract with the builders and made sure even the smallest details were documented and covered by the sellers.

We closed on the house at the end of August, the whole process taking only about 2 months from the time we started looking to the time we signed the closing paperwork. Brandee was an extremely reliable guide through the whole house-hunting to homeowner process and we will 100% recommend her as a realtor for anyone looking to buy a home. Extremely grateful for all her hard work and help in this process!
