We cannot recommend Havenhill Homes enough! From the first meeting until move in and even after they have consistently delivered on all they promised. We have always felt like we were on the same team and Havenhill prioritized what we wanted to see with the house. Throughout the process they were transparent and organized with the schedule and costs ultimately delivering the house early and under budget. There weren't any issues with subs and we can barely remember days where nothing was happening at the house. Dave oversaw our project and made sure everything was done correctly, often addressing any issues before we had a chance to find them. We have already recommended Havenhill to multiple friends who are using them now or plan to in the future. If we ever build again we will definitely use Havenhill Homes again!

Havenhill has a fabulous working relationship with some of the top craftsmen in their respective trades, and we directly benefitted from those relationships. I appreciated the attention to detail both in the construction, but also the transparency of the expenditures. We were notified on a regular basis where we in regards to the budget, so there were no surprises.

Building a home can be a stressful endeavor, but the Havenhill staff ensured that everything went smoothly. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful home, or with the process itself. We were on budget, and on time- with fantastic results! I highly recommend entrusting Havenhill with your home.
