Joel is an honest, hardworking, professional who is very knowledgeable and talented! We needed our sprinkling system replaced, and we needed the entire yard prepped and graded for new grass seed. Joel came out within a day or so of me contacting him. He listened to what we wanted to do and surveyed the yard. His price was very fair, and we were happy to hire him. He let us know it would be mid March when he could start. He kept in communication with us and started the day he said he would. He showed up at 7am with his crew and they got right to work. In the span of 3.5 days he transformed our 8000 square foot yard from a weed and leaf covered disaster into a flat, prepped yard ready for grass seed with a fantastic sprinkling system! He replaced our old timer with a new one that has great features, we can even connect to it from our phones to control the system. He was very thoughtful in how he set up our system and made extra the stations were in the correct order in the timer. He took extra time to remove tree roots (huge ones!), a dead tree stump (also big!) and even removed an old, broken basketball standard from by our driveway that was cemented into the ground. He and his crew stayed all day. They were all very friendly and courteous. We loved having Joel over, he's as friendly as they come and did everything he could to make sure we were getting what we wanted. He communicated with us regularly and asked us questions during the job, which we really appreciated. He kept us informed of what things cost. We are thrilled with our yard and our system! Don't hesitate to hire Joel! You won't regret it! 😀

Joel is great! I got 5 bids for our landscape project. Joel was significantly less than any of the other contractors. I was a little skeptical due to the low price, but as the savings were significant I thought I would give him a try. First of all he was always there working when he said he would be there and was always easy to get ahold of during the project. He got the job done quickly, sooner than the time planned actually. He always cleaned up the yard at the end of the day when he left. The subcontractor he used for our flat work was great as well and finished on time. The quality of work was top notch no corners were cut. I am super happy with the work and we saved a small fortune by going with him!

We had a burst main pressurized irrigation line *somewhere* in the yard that was preventing us from watering the entire front yard, but the source of the break was elusive. Joel was one of several contractors who came out to bid on the repair, and he was the only one 1) who actually recommended addressing the root problem of having the entire front yard on a single station–which meant we had sub-optimal pressure, we were always overwatering the entire lawn to keep the driest spots green, and we had a single point of failure for the entire yard, and 2) he was also the only one who recognized that trying to chase down and fix the leak on a 25 year-old system with a single point of failure would be throwing good money after bad. While his price was in line with the others’, whereas the other bids involved simply fixing the existing system with all its inherent flaws, his bid involved installing all new sprinkler lines and splitting the front yard into three separate zones to maximize pressure, efficiency, and long-term reliability. He showed up when he said he would, he was prompt and thorough, he carefully re-graded and re-sodded all the impacted areas, and he used high-quality, commercial-grade parts in all his repairs. Joel is professional, he provides sound guidance and delivers solid, dependable work at a very fair price. I highly recommend him.

I loved working with Joel on my yard. His prices were very fair, and he was honest and up forth with me on everything that would cost more. He has an amazing work ethic and did most of the work himself to make sure its done properly. He was always quick to answer a text or a phone call and was always working when he said he would be. Joel did a great job helping us grade and put in sprinklers. He finished the job quickly and worked really hard to make sure it was done correctly. He helped us get some more dirt at a really good price and even let us add on a couple things. We will definitely go with him if we need any other help.

I was very pleased with the services. Joel came the day after our phone call to give me an estimate, which was very reasonable, and was able to complete the work within a tight deadline. We had him do a fall cleanup, sprinkler repair and added some bushes to improve curb appeal as we were getting ready to list our house. Our yard now looks amazing. Joel was a pleasure to work with this summer. He was recommended by several others in our neighborhood and for good reason. He was much more affordable than other landscapers we had received quotes from. He prepared our yard by removing several large boulders, restacked a 150' rockwall, and installed sprinklers, sod, and curbing. Joel has been excellent to come back and adjust a sprinkler that was dug up by a neighbor. Excellent work and even better service if that is even possible.
