The house ketler forline built for us had problems throughout. Water coming through the floor in the basement. Cut corners and cheap shortcuts. Cheapest appliances they could find and half of them broke right after the warrenty was expired

Sign posted says they close at 6pm on Wednesdays, so we pull up at 4:50PM not thinking anything of it. We get inside and it turns out they usually close at 5pm even though the sign says 6pm, but the lady let's us tour the model quickly before she leave. This would get five stars if not for the wrong signage.

Best sales rep in all of Poolesville: friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and ACTUALLY seems to care about making the purchase process enjoyable and pain free unlike other nearby builder's sales reps (take note Chris because you're in the WRONG line of work!)
