I have lived here for a year and my experience with Ashley has been amazing! She is very knowledgeable and helpful, she stays on top of things so that they are handled in a timely manner. She has done an outstanding job considering being alone with lack of management for a while in my opinion the place was ran swiftly with her dedication to resident satisfaction and giving them a listening ear for their issues. The new office staff is definitely coming along. Keep up the hard work Ashley

Oak Grove apartments. I am a resident at oak Grove and I have been here for about 6 years now. Neighborhood is relatively quiet. It is to me semi pet friendly. It has a nice mini dog park. The down side is the complex is always short with maintenance help so it takes a while for orders to be completed. The prices are reasonable as well. However the office staff are really good. Ashley the leasing manager is very professional, friendly, and helpful. She is always three steps ahead when problems arise for tenants. Her help always makes the experience loving here less stressful.

I have lived here just about under a year and I have to say that it is so nice to have a place to call my own. My apartment was super easy to move into. It was super clean. I have had no Issues since I moved in the management staff is a 10 out of 10 the most friendly people I have ever met While renting, it has been super easy to set Up a maintenance Appointment I just cannot give them enough high praises. The neighborhood Is great if I could give them more than five stars I would, I highly recommend you take a look at their apartments and townhomes

I had an ongoing ceiling leak and put a request in online to have it fixed. Antoine came out the very next day and fixed it no problem. He even fixed other issues I hadn’t even out a request in for like a slow draining tub and sink. He was very respectful and completed everything in a timely manner. Did a great job!!

It is a good place to live and the maintenance individual does his job in a timely manner and the individuals in the leasing office are top notch employees to make sure things are replaced and repaired in a timely manner by the maintenance individuals. It is a good place to live with children and it has all of the amenities of flexible and relaxing lifestyle. It is very close to everything such as schools, universities, hospitals and highways and it is very affordable. I like and love and enjoy living here as it is a quiet and clean neighborhood as well.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Came for a tour scheduled the even before at 1pm based on availability (10am-5pm) on the website, got there at 12:45 left at 1:15pm no one was there. Called 3 different numbers no answer I had confirmation emails and text messages an hour before the appointment confirming appointment thinking someone would actually be there.

Mr. Antoine was a Great, very courteous, and respectful maintenance technician. Diagnosed an issue. Even though it wasn’t something within his realm to fix he informed me and made sure fully understood what was the delay.

The amount of feral/homeless cats that live in the woods in the neighborhood is getting completely out of control and management won't do anything about it. It is unbearably cold outside and those poor animals are suffering every day without any shelter. Something needs to be done, management needs to take action. People feel bad for them because we are only human but now we are kind of put in a bad situation because we are told that we cannot sit out any food or any water for them or we will face consequences. But like I said management still continues to take no action to help them. Also the sidewalks are not always salted or shovled off all the way. The children around here had to walk and stand at the bus stop while slipping and sliding. A few of them fell. They need to do better for our community! Also there is no playground for the children
