I recently secured an apartment at Arbors Greenleigh. Agent demonstrated exceptional flexibility in accommodating my schedule throughout the process. During the walkthrough, her extensive knowledge of the property was evident, and I noted that she was warmly greeted by nearly every tenant we encountered, highlighting her strong rapport with residents and her evident pride in her role. The facility tour was informative and well-organized. Agent maintained a high level of professionalism throughout, and my fiancé and I are grateful for her support in securing our new apartment. Having moved almost eight years ago from a townhouse in Perry Hall the Arbors has truly been the best choice we could have ever made. We just renewed our lease for an additional eighteen months and have no plans for ever leaving!! We just CELEBRATED our EIGHTH ANNIVERSERY here and we are sooo happy we made this choice!! The apt. layout is perfect, the amenities are the best~24/7 fitness center, saltwater swimming pool, lovely barbeque area, a lovely Zen Garden, dog park, community room. media room, conference center and the list goes on and on. The entire staff is here to make you feel so at home led by the most caring and professional resident mgr~ Michele Peluso and her truly amazing assistant resident mgr ~Deanna Tanzilli, soooo pet friendly and you do not have to lift a finger!! The beautifully manicured grounds are ideal for long walks. If you need something done in your unit, before you are done asking the job is completed. The building is spotless as there is a cleaning crew here seven days a week. We love the Arbors and have no intention of leaving as this is our home till the end!! For you pet lovers, you could not ask for a more pet friendly environment. If you want to enjoy life, feel safe and secure, the ARBORS at BALTIMORE CROSSROADS is for you!!! I must add to my review today, Monday, March 17, 2025 that our beloved assistant property mgr Deanna Tanzilli, got promoted to PROPERTY MGR of another beautiful Bozzuto property on Cross St in Baltimore. I know I speak for all the residents here at the Arbors that you will be sooooo missed but you sooooo deserve this promotion. Your wonderful personality and beautiful smile, always caring for the residents needs, always so professional, so knowledgeable about all phases of property management and certainly luving our pups as they await a treat every day from you. Deanna, we all wish you continued success my friend. WE LOVE YOU!!

I am a double amputee living at and loving my home at Arbors Greenleigh for over 5 years. This Bozzuto Arbors Greenleigh staff is Amazing. They are very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming, and maintenance service request is usually completed 24/48 hours. The Arbors Greenleigh staff makes their residents feel like family. They have a lot of resident activities; they truly want Arbors Greenleigh to be your long term home and not just an apartment complex. I highly recommend Arbors Greenleigh. It’s Top Tier and 5 Stars.

I haven't lived here very long but our time here has been great. Megan in the leasing office has gone above and beyond at every single turn. My partner and I had a super fast and tight time frame to move, and she did every single thing in her power to make our move easy and hassle-free.

We ended up needing xfinity to come out and work on the modem in our unit on short notice while we weren't home and Megan was kind enough to stay in our apartment the whole time service was being preformed because we were still actively unpacking and had left some valuables out in the open. There arent words for the amount of peace of mind it gave me.

It is so apparent that we as people and our needs as residents matter to her and I'm so grateful to live at a property where the staff genuinely care about the residents.

Much gratitude to the Property Managers Denna & Megan who are very responsive and polite, overall great service on their behalf.

The maintenance team is very friendly and they get things done in a timely manner.

Lived in this apartment for 3 years. So clean, well equipped (gym, movie room, dog park, pool, business center, social area, pool table and more) and the best part about Arbors is the caring management + maintenance team especially Deanna at the management office! I didn't have a single problem during my 3 years of stay and would not have found a better place to stay. My job at Johns Hopkins Bayview was just 16 minutes away and there was never a time I was stuck in traffic and my commute was never longer than 20 minutes. I think this is far better than living in the city and worrying about neighbors and crimes for few minutes less of commute. One other thing I want to compliment is the cleaning staff. Whether it's a holiday, weekend or a weekday, you will always find a friendly cleaning crew member leaving hallways / elevators / trash chute spotless and smelling fresh. The trash chutes at Arbors are probably the best smelling thanks to the crew that does deep cleaning at least twice a week. I am going to miss living in this apartment.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with The Arbors and the way they handle tenant concerns and charges After moving out I was unjustly charged for repainting walls a cost that should be covered as part of routine maintenance between tenants This is on top of numerous issues faced during my tenancy including the theft of my car from the supposedly secure garage The building management has repeatedly failed to live up to their promises including misleading claims about onsite security Car are stolen at a rate of one per month but the building fails to alert tenants out of fear of their reaction to hearing that the garage is not safe and to be more careful My car was stolen and I was out of town and a note placed on my door no call or email however if a food truck is coming by they will be sure to alert you I did not find out until I return a week later and the fact I did not have time to put in a report ended losing the car with no chance of returning My overall experience has been stressful and frustrating with little regard for tenant satisfaction or fair treatment I would strongly advise potential tenants to reconsider choosing The Arbors The management lack of transparency and fairness has left a lasting negative impression and I regret my decision to live here

To management: I have been trying to work with you since moving out to correct the additional charges being pushed onto tenants to no avail. Thus my rating will remain until you are able to correct this.
I hope my review remains as a warning about the poor experience that is being continued even after moving out.

Hannah was awesome; she answered all our questions with a knowledgeable and pleasant attitude. Although we ultimately decided to go with another development due to the location, the property was every bit as beautiful as we expected.
