I meant to park at a parking lot a block away that was well-rated, turned too early and ended up here. Do not trust the hours/days signage. The signs indicate that it is free to park on Sunday. It is not. You will be booted with a $100+ fee for removal. When I came back from my show, the whole lot was booted. This scam lot needs to be shut down.

I received a parking notice for $92 due to exceeding the allotted time by 10 minutes. Unfortunately, this particular app does not provide an option to extend parking time on your ticket. I had paid $20 in advance for a two-hour period, and to my surprise, I received a parking notice in the mail two weeks later demanding an additional $92 for those extra 10 minutes. Needless to say, this has been an extremely disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise against parking at any LAZ Park locations. The service provided by LAZ Park has been the worst I have ever encountered. I

This parking lot may appear to be convenient, but it is run by crooks. All of the payment meters and signs across the front of the lot are NOT for the lot, and will tell you that the zone is not requiring payment.

The actual payment signs are inconspicuously placed around the middle back of the lot. They wait for you check the meters that will not work, and instantly boot your car as you walk away.

I was also charged extra because the parking attendee overhead me warn another person who was attempting to pay on the same meter that tricked me.

I highly recommend never using this lot or any other owned by LAZ.

if you can avoid parking here, do. They are running a scam - if you use the ParkATX app on accident instead of their QR code, they will put a boot on your car and make you pay $100 to take it off. Better to avoid it altogether if you can.

Poorly and vaguely explained parking fees/assessments (pretty sure it's intentional). You'll get booted with no sympathy or compassion when you explain that parking fees are very poorly communicated and signs poorly placed, especially at night when they're hard to see, and will have to pay a $130 fee to remove the boot. Very predatory lot. Do not use it.

Beware! This company preys on people who are unfamiliar with Austin. There is only one pay kiosk for the lot on 7th street, but there are other pay kiosks on the perimeter of the lot for City of Austin street parking. Funny thing is, those kiosks face inward toward their lot. This can be easily mistaken to be their pay kiosk. If you accidentally use the wrong kiosk you will mistakenly think your are adding more time to your spot in their lot. So rather than charge you some fee for going past your allotted parking time, they boot your vehicle and hold it ransom for $130!!! They know exactly what they are doing, they worthless POSs. Don’t ever park there. If you do bring a grinding saw and cut peoples boots off for free.

Do not park in Laz parking lots, we went over our time by a few minutes and were charge $80. We'd paid around $25 to park the few hours and they don't give you warning your time is up, option to extend, etc. Then you'll get immediate $80 fine with convenience fees to pay online. Just avoid them and park in the other options that have good digital systems that actually charge for the time you use and/or allow you to add to your time if you're running long.

Do not park here they will boot you and charge 130 to take it off no number no ticket nothing we sat and waited for an hour until someone showed up even called the city they said it was strange no information was added to the boot or my windshield. Also there is 2 booths to pay on the same lot make sure you go to the right one or you will be booted see.s like a place that scams people of their money.
