Parked overnight. No attendants. It's covered and plenty of spots. Use QR and pay from your phone. For the reviewers saying it's bad part of downtown, what would you have the do, move the structure? Maybe park somewhere else and leave a more constructive review. It's near the Austin Resource Center for the Homeless so there are a few unhoused people who wander near, but I didn't have any problems with them, but I can see how some might see this as a problem.

There’s always something sketchy going on when I park here nowadays. Random guys (not security) patrolling the stairwells or standing and blocking them, crackheads in the stairwells or huge car meetups. For the outrageous pricing (over $17 for 2 hours parking) you world think there would be any type of security onsite. I don’t feel safe parking here anymore, I’ll be finding a new regular spot.

Easy access to 6th st. On the weekend they let you pay on the way in so it’s easy to get out. Security on duty on a Saturday night as well so that was nice.
