We engaged Closet America to build a closet and storage wall in our mudroom/laundry room. They did some things well, and they didn't do some things well. Overall, am pleased with the result but only because I elected compromise over fulfillment.

Their materials are basic and not luxe. Because we landed on white, we didn't need to go crazy with higher-end competitors. Closet America
cannot compare to a luxe custom company. I was surprised at the basic, lackluster options for finishes and accessories.

The designer was nice to work with but not thorough. Adding to this was the complication that their diagrams did not show all dimensions (such as the width of some of the build) and everything is metric so you have to convert it.

The designer did not listen but thankfully I did the work and caught his edits to my specs. Ways he could have improved is 1) listening to the client 2) describing options and what they can't do and can do - example, we chose matte gold hardware yet the shoe fences that come with shoe shelves are not available in that same finish and are stainless steel. This was revealed on install day.

The installers within minutes of arriving asked to use the bathroom. Pet peeve. Then they undid a chandelier and were leaving without putting it right. They did not wipe down the units before leaving in a thorough way. They did not inform me of the delta between the design and how it should be rendered in my pace they just made executive decisions. Soft skills were lacking. They did work quickly which I appreciate generally and they tightened my outlets for me which were put in for the new units.

Closet America transformed our closets into spaces of beauty and functionality!

We recently had a walk-in closet and three reach-in closets remodeled, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Donna, our designer, was amazing — her creativity and keen eye for detail brought our vision to life. She introduced us to features like the pull-out revolving mirror, which adds both a unique flair and practical convenience while tucking away neatly when not in use.

The new designs have made a world of difference. Each closet now maximizes storage space, making it much easier to keep everything organized and accessible. The quality of materials is exceptional, and the elegant finishes have elevated the look of our home.

The installation process was equally impressive. The team was punctual, professional, and meticulous, leaving everything spotless and ensuring we were completely satisfied. From start to finish, Closet America exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to elevate their closet spaces!

I just love my closet. Kory McCann who my initial person that sat down with me to discuss designs, details of the materials, and how the the install was going to take place was aligned with my vision. He addressed all my concerns right up to the install. He was patient and professional. The installers (Martinez Castro and Chavez Rivas) were professional, efficient and fast at building my bedroom closets per the specs. I was very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and family. I can't help but keep looking inside my closets. I have so many clothing and containers that I thought I was going to need to get rid of a lot because of the renovation but it helped me to see my items in a more organized fashion. Yes, I did give some stuff away to charity but these were items that were outdated or I could no longer wear. It definitely was not due to the closets. Did I say I love it. Oh btw the materials used are very strong and durable. The installers took the time to explain how I can move the shelving to accommodate space, if needed. Let me tell you, it isn't easy but with a little elbow grease and a push they are manageable. That tells me this is no cheap particle board. Go check out Closet America for your closet renovation and/or design you won't be disappointed. It helps to have someone listen and gets your vision to beautiful and upgrade your home.
I can't leave out Lucy from customer service, she was quick to return calls, get in touch with the required people to address my concerns. She was always polite and professional too. Thanks to each of them.

We have been eyeing closet America for some time but have not had a chance to work with anyone until now. We were matched with Kory and the whole process was informative and exciting. The fact that you can see in realtime how the closets will work was huge plus. He was patient and understanding and worked with our daughter he is great with kids he was able to get his walk through done without any hesitation. He was also respectful of our house and very professional. The technician Adan came and got the closest hooked up and was awesome he was very communicative and told us what’s happening and if there were going to be loud noises it helped to stay informed. Thanks closet America for being awesome. Highly recommend closet America and will use them for all sorts of organizations. Neighborhood was really pumped to see closet America in real time once everything was completed and they will be using them as well.

Closet America was great to work with. Their designer, Heather, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the product. She listened to our desires and designed everything to address our needs. We had a wall unit with desk designed to accommodate files, my art supplies and musical equipment. Our laundry room and pantry were designed to have more functionality, storage and accessibility. Finally our walk-in closet was designed to gives us better organization. The install team was also great to work with. It only took them two and a half days to have everything installed. They were neat, courteous and efficient. Finally the resulting product far exceeded our expectations. We have recommended Closet America to our neighbors.
