We bought our home in Annapolis directly from Grand Villa and the owner Ken and could not be happier. The home has literally been everything we could have imagined and the craftsmanship is outstanding. What’s even better was being able to deal directly with Ken rather than a large company with sales people and middlemen. Ken addressed our every need during the building a buying process but has also been extremely dependable post purchase. This has been a welcome surprise as typically once a home is purchased it can be difficult to get ahold of builders. Ken has been the exact opposite and has in fact come over himself to fix small things here and there from the home settling. Overall we could not be happier with our brand new home and the level of personal service we’ve received. We would recommend Ken and Grand Villa Homes to anyone out there looking for a newly built home.

We purchased our home in Severna Park built by Grand Villa Homes in early 2018. We worked directly with the owner Ken from Day 1 and he has always been attentive and honest with us. It is great when you can work directly with the owner instead of having a middle man to deal with or calling in to the main line and getting the run around. It is great knowing that if we ever have a problem he is just a phone call away. We had an issue with a faucet leaking and when his plumber didn't show the day they were supposed to come fix it he came out himself that afternoon and took care of it for us. The service we have gotten with Grand Villa has been great and we are very happy with our home.

Ken, the owner, could not be a more ethical, honorable, reliable businessman and builder to work with. He was accessible, honest and followed through on his word and every reasonable item discussed timely. When deadlines were lagging, he communicated directly and accurately. Cannot recommend Ken and his business enough. It seems to be rare to find a good human to do business with these days and Ken is just that. To boot, stunning work.
