Pasquale was my realtor twice—once when I was a buyer and another time when I was the seller. Both times I was really pleased with the job he did.

When I was a seller, there was an offer on my house in 10 days. There were a few things that needed fixed after inspection but I was living out of state so Pasquale took care of everything. It was a much easier process than I thought it would be!

When I was a buyer, my husband and I had very different ideas in what we wanted in a house; Pasquale found a house we both loved in a great location in Pasadena. The search for the house was a quick one and he was always available to talk us through any questions we had.

I will never use another realtor again!

Highly recommend this group. For anyone trying to find a good agent look no further. Our agent went above and beyond to sell our home. The property went under contract in a matter of days for above asking and fantastic terms.

During the process we were provided recommendations to increase value and appeal, a full suite of professional photography services (photographs, video, 3D walk through), as well as a detailed and effective pricing strategy for a very dynamic market.

From start to finish they were proactive and on top of every detail. We are very happy with the experience!
