Gayle Roberts has to be the most amazing Realtor I have ever worked with. Gayle assisted me when I sold my first primary home in 2004, when I moved from MD to VA. 11 years later, and 2 out-of- State home sales later with out-of-State Realtors, I relocated back to MD. Gayle again was my Realtor for a home that I sold in 2024 and my mothers home that I sold in 2025. Gayle's insite, recommendations, guidance was so on point. Her attention to detail, Real Estate regulations, what's important to buyers for a seller to address, the trust we built, and so much more, was truly priceless.
I will recommend Gayle to my friends and family, and be her cheerleader to anyone who is buying/selling a home.

I am not sure I possess the requesite eloquence to adequately describe how superlatively I recommend Gayle Roberts as a realtor, but I can try. My wife and I began the process (a little early while we both still have earning potential) of finding our retirement home in late July. Having worked with Gayle previously to buy our home in which we raised our daughter in Severna Park, there was really no option from my perspective, but to enlist Gayle's help again. This time however, she would have to sell our hour house AND help us buy our dream home.

We started by looking for homes, and once again, Gayle proved to be more competent, forthright, responsive, and professional than just about anyone I know in the business. We had a few hiccups along the way, such as a failed inspection and being outbid on a property or two, but Gayle persevered, as did we, in finding the perfect place for us. She showed us more places than she probably should have, but that was just the beginning. From offer to closing, Gayle covered the egregious missteps of her counterpart from addenda to negotiation to literally informing the other agent of the responsibilities that agent neglected, which could have forestalled closing. That's what really counts in the process; after all. Anyone can show you some houses, but few can pick up the dropped ball to get you to closing on-time.

As a seller's agent, she more than exceeded our expectations, selling our house in Severna Park in 10 days, for a full offer, in "as-is" condition, with a conventional mortgage, and no closing cost support to the first-time Maryland buyers. Just as with our purchase, she shepherded the deal to closing when I wasn't so sure. Again, the missteps and hiccups we experienced were made smoother by Gayle's efforts, and I always felt with Gayle in my corner , things would work out in our favor. They did. Look at the views. Summarily then, I unreservedly recommend Gayle Roberts for your realty needs and woe to anyone who would choose otherwise,

We interviewed other realtors and we chose Gayle and HSA. We closed recently, and can say without reservation that we chose well. She was professional, patient, and willing to work with us through the listing process and every step of the transaction. We worked through changes to the plan when we just could not get the house ready to show, challenges with the home inspection process and all the little details that cropped up and took us somewhat by surprise. Gayle stayed calm, upbeat and encouraging and she followed up on everything to be sure our contract was solid, communication with buyer was clear and accurate and the final steps were all done properly. Gayle is the best - if you hire anyone else you're settling for less. She made my transaction as smooth as possible in both the sale of my former home and the purchase of my new home. This was not only in a rough vacation home market but with an elitist seller's agent on the other side who was doing everything in her power to torpedo my purchase. Gayle looked out for my best interest at every step and made every move to my benefit regardless of how challenging it became.
