I have to say this business really has shown heart trying to navigate the ins and outs of the addiction crisis in our small town. Regardless of the struggles they are open 6 days a week helping
those who are struggling with their addiction and need help. Forever grateful for them being there!

The nurses and staff are so kind and caring and go out of their way to help you if you are doing what you're supposed to. Would recommend for sure if your looking to do things the right way.

I personally really like this program. Been at this clinic going on 3 years. Great counseling. Lot's of UAs (private until you blow it) And it's far better than using and all the problems that come from that. Or dying from an overdose like two of my precious relatives have done.

This place is a joke! They do not care about there patients. The lady at the front desk thinks she runs the place. She will even go as far as pretending to be the doctor on the phone with a pharmacist. It doesn’t matter how much you tell your counselor about the problems you are having they will act like they care but nothing ever gets done and the problems get worse. I feel they are just there to get a paycheck and just wanna know who all is on drugs and run their mouths. So I would think twice about going to this place if you really want help.

Awesome program. Groups is VERY helpful as well as counseling and, in my opinion and experience, is key to a successful and permanent recovery. The medication is 10% of the recovery. The other 90% includes: dedication, paitence, knowledge, respect to/of (counselors, rules & regulations, staff and other paitents), and comittment to the program and attendance. They understand relapse happens. Your counselor will work with you to understand why it happened and what you can do to prevent it in the future. Seem to go thru nurses tho. Tara is the only one that's been there since my 1st time being a paitent. On top of all this, I love my counselor. She's been there since my day 1 also. All staff are kind and professional. I am grateful to no end and appreciate what the program and its support and faith in recovery.

BEWARE---When looking an addiction program. This place is fine until you have been there for a year. They immediately want you to detox. I am not sure the upper management is aware of some of their underlings antics such as the nurses, counselors...ect. I know from the experiences with someone in their program for the last 6 yrs. He never failed a drug screen or count. But yet they called him in for counts almost every month for a couple of yrs including when I was in the hospital having my first child. He had to leave for a count. Then the money issues. They have been trying to say he owes them money for a long time but he has every receipt since starting and always paid in full every time. This last excused they used was that something showed up on his last drug screen, which happened to be a psychiatric med that he took to them months ago to show them he was on it. All of a sudden they have no record of that med in his chart and he paid for a months worth of medicine which they said they would not return as he supposedly owes them money. How can you owe money for something you have paid for without fail in full for 6 yrs straight. They knew from the second he came into that office they were not going to let him dose or give him those take homes but stole money from him. So please try to find a long term Doctor or something. Because these people play dirty after a year or so to get rid of you. Which is crazy because this is a money oriented place but I get the director is not aware. I help run an addiction program myself and I find this to be disgusting. We would never do something like this to people trying to better thier situation. As well as lie the way these individuals have. They deserve no stars.

So I just had my grandma pass away yesterday and I was REALLY CLOSE TO HER because she was the one who raised me because my mom was an alcoholic and I asked if I could get a takehome to grieve her death even tho I W made to go back in today to ask for this takehome or takehomes and I was bawling of course just for them to say no..... They showed me today that my grandma's life in there eyes wasnt good enough for them for them to let me get a takehome or to try to get threw it and take care of other thing's that has to do with her passing... They basically said I didn't have a good enough reason for them...Aparently takehomes are worth more than a human life...... I'm so appalled by this place now... Never had a problem till now.. Now the doctor is supposed to call me when he gets in.. Which the Dr there is amazing and more human than ANYONE else who works there..
