Good: Extremely polite office staff. Even the service guys were polite.
Bad: For some reason two service people were sent. This is huge because the cost was 185 per hour plus a 10 dollar gas charge. A system check was performed by the men determining there was no issue with the unit. 2 weeks later and the unit still does not go into a defrost cycle. An absolute waste of 200 dollars!

What a great group. I live in Morgantown and they have came out to fix a couple different issues I was having due to just having an older home. They came out on less than a days notice and fixed the issues with out a problem. Super friendly staff and Phillip goes above and beyond. Couldn’t ask for better service or a better group of guys!!

I called them yesterday after my gas heater stopped working properly. They not only was able to get someone to me today, but the repairman they sent was extremely kind and polite, He did everything he could to get my heater fixed. My heater is now working perfectly <3 I will be contacting them for my new centeral air unit here soon, as they have gotten themselves a lifetime customer!! Highly recommend!!

I contracted with All Season to do work because in an old house I have that did not cool well. Their tech told me it was because of slack in flexible ducting and insulation on the air handler after inspecting all ducting, including in the attic, and air handler in the basement. They said they would do the recommended work in June or July 2022. I gave them explicit instructions to call me before any work is done because the property is a rental property and the tenant needs to be notified.

They did not do the work and I never heard from them again, which is fine, since I know they were busy and it sounds like they were understaffed. I called another company who correctly diagnosed the problem as no insulation in the attic. So I contracted with an insulation company in August and the insulation solved my problem.

In mid-November, six months AFTER they were supposed to do the work, All Season techs simply showed up without permission to do unauthorized work putting a minimal amount of insulation on the air handler in the basement without contacting me or anyone else. A week later I received a bill.

The owner ultimately called me back to discuss this and worked out a satisfactory solution. He did agree that people going into my house without my knowledge or permission should never happen and apologized, especially since I no longer needed that work to be done. He removed that work from my bill.

Send me a wrong invoice and didn't admit it. I have a few properties here on Cumberland and in other places around. This is, unfortunately, not a first time, when I saw the business like that: always trying making a buck from everyone. A good guy came to one of my houses for checking the furnace. He did everything right, but spent only 45 min here and told me that I will be charged for 1 hour. That's fine, I agree with that, but after 6 months (?!) They send me invoice with 2 hours and "flat fee", I assume the late fee. So total is 197.75. for just the checking my furnace, not even fix it.

They addressed the symptom, NOT the underlying issue. They're clowns who over charge, and don't get the job done right the first time! AND the charge you 3 times the amount of gasoline to get to your house!! We live less than 10miles away from their office, and they charged us $10 fuel surcharge!!! To drive 5 miles away!?! Beware!!!

Way over priced! I gave them 3 stars only because the first time they showed up they didn't do what I asked and after I went to the shop and explained everything to the manager, he had them come back and fix what they screwed up and he didn't charge me for the second visit.

Great service. I called at 9 o'clock for no heat. Furnace fixed by 11:30.
