I can’t say enough amazing things about Midatlantic. 5 years later, and I still love my home. They built everything to our specifications, and they’re tremendously patient! The best part is that they fully stand behind all of their work. Even years later they came and fixed a small issue (the only issue we’ve ever had) in our home. They are utmost professionals and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a custom home in Bethesda!

I am a forever fan of Mid-Atlantic builders. Robin was our sales representative and I'm thankful. By the end of the process, I felt like we were family. She was very informative, knowledgeable and patient. All the things a new homeowner needs.

Jay was our construction foreman and he also did not disappoint. He made sure to take care of any concerns right away and was always prompt, pleasant and...patient! 🙂

Finally, now that we've been in our home for a year, I can say I have a respect for the quality in craftsmanship. I honestly don't have any complaints and have been nothing but please in the way the home was built.

My wife and I completely enjoyed our experience with Mid-Atlantic Builders. They built our first home for us in 2018 and from the start to the finish it was a smooth process. Robin and her team communicated very well with us and provided us with important updates throughout the building process. We even had time to rework some of our custom building settings prior to our first meeting, so that our house truly was customized to our taste. If we ever build again, we will definitely be using Mid-Atlantic Builders.

Our experience w/ Mid-Atlantic Builders has been excellent. Eric at The Villages of Savannah is the best! He truly cares about you as a client and doesn’t just treat you like a customer or number. From our initial contact over the phone, to email exchanges, or our in person visits Eric has taken the time to provide valuable info while offering great tips and insight into all details of the process. Mid-Atlantic Builders has something to offer everyone providing great quality in a niche that separates them from most home builders offering great options and quality you don’t find much. Working with Robin Roland has been a pleasure from the beginning to end. Always eager to answer questions when I've called. Shared accurate information in a timely manner. The Mid Atlantic Brand and the quality of the homes truly speaks for itself but when you have a great guide to help you navigate through the home buying process it just puts your mind at ease! My favorite part of the house is the his and her walk in closet! I was SOLD! I feel blessed for having my first home buying experience go so smoothly!

My husband and I started working with Robyn and Mid-Atlantic builders about two years ago. Purchasing a new home is stressful and purchasing a home from plans added to the stress. However, our questions were always answered. The sales team, designer, project manager, were always available. We received a beautiful welcome back upon closing on our home.
