Just moved here and the experience from house tour, application and move in has been nothing short of amazing!
The staff have been amazing including Kendra and the assistant manager Jennifer.
They have been so gracious to us including following up with us and prompt responses to our querries.

The houses look great and we hope to have a similar experience during our stay.

I had a great experience infact still having a wonderful experience. I'm , my family is happy. Jennifer has made my move in easy and stress free. She's a wonderful asst .Manager she's the absolute 💯 best I've seen and dealt with a lot indecisive people who just wasn't doing their jobs, and not caring about my needs .
Jennifer was professional from the very first day I met her .She's a caring person as well she is a patient person. I love my apartment home. Everyone in the office has been helpful and pleasant to work with.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for Makayla – She was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful during a difficult situation. Her empathy and willingness to assist stood out and are exactly what great customer service looks like.

⭐ 0 stars for Keara, the property manager – Her behavior was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. Rather than helping de-escalate the situation, she added unnecessary stress with her dismissive attitude and lack of compassion.

My experience with Makayla was the only positive part of an otherwise very disappointing interaction.

I had a very smooth move in..leasing agent Kendra Mitchell was excellent she was very patient with me. The whole leasing office was very friendly and helpful! Maintenance is the bomb, I put in a request and the are there immediately to take care any problem you may have. I’m so excited and happy that I chose Haven Largo to live! The apartments are beautiful ! Thanks Haven Largo 🥰

Worst place to live, enjoyed my stay at start of the lease, then noise coming from neighbors upstairs. Informed numerous times with emails and calls to leasing office but no action was taken. Management was helpless in resolving it and had to leave eventually. Its not us even our neighbors and other tenant face the same problem and they are leaving this community too.

I also work in management for 8 years and we solve the noise problem by issuing warnings to the tenant who is making noise and if not resolved by them, then we proceed with court order to evacuate, but noting was done by Haven management. Was shocked to know that tenant upstairs were so bold in making noises. Even our neighbors and other tenant in the community are planning to leave too.

Think twice before moving.

Will request management or anyone in the office for not replying back to this email as it is not sincere and nothing was done when it was reported.
