The Benjamin has very affordable units. Only issues really, was pest and non updated units. Roaches& 1 Mouse were my biggest issue. Also, the walls are very thin, so upstairs unit walking in the middle of the night was stressful as I get up and 4am for work. Maintenance was ok and pretty prompt. Overall, it was a step stone property. Management was prompt in response and handling any delayed request. Minimal criminal activity as well. Ms.Tiffany was always pleasant and accommodating as well as Gregory, and AD! Thanks for having me. Parking spot lines need to be done over, because your car will get bumped everyday! Trash removal fee, I feel is ridiculous as it’s not picked up at your door. Outside of those, I’d recommend to a first time renter.

Upon arrival at the leasing office, the staff was very welcoming and hospitable. They made me feel at ease and were eager to assist with giving a tour. Dee, in particular, was exceptionally pleasant, patient, and informative. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and made the tour an enjoyable and positive experience.

Benjamin at Landover Hills is a place to be a place you can call home, and anytime I have an issue in my apartment, maintenance is there immediately. Benjamin is very good for beginners because is one minute to the shopping center and buses. Good neighborhood and a quiet area for kids and school.

Had to call 4 times to get maintenance to fix my clogged toilet. An emergency should be responded to within a few hour time span…. especially when basic needs like going to a working bathroom cannot be met.
I called on Friday… maintenance didn’t cone until Saturday. I was not happy!!!!!!

I have living around here since it good to bad and worst to what going to happen next, when it was blank at Landover Hills, it was great, until there was extortion at rental office by there employees, I had to explain my rent was paid up, it finally got that straight out, they final got rid of them, then it was delivered bad again , some things got better and even white time, the Benjamin at Landover, only when Ms. Michelle Fox arrived there, there got rid of the maintenances and in house some good people and some bad people, I thank Ms Proctor whom was great person, whom was great to the people that are living there, Tiffany isn't , Chris isn't and if one is associated . Ms. Fox clean out the house of BAD, make it a living place . make it better place to stay. If you never meet her Ms Michelle Fox is person in charge . If you need to report a person. Call or drop in. Don't cheat yourself of nice place to lived.. All the apartments need to be restored all over again to catch the mices entrance, redo the windows so the air does come in, keep the bad, put a lock on the front door. Get the right maintenance supervisor such as Mr Simon as you have.
