So I have been living here for 6 months Leonie, Aaron, and Josh and Yanique have been exceptionally patient and very informative! Maintenance request are completed within 24-48 hours dependent on priority. The area is very quiet, and parking is okay! The amenities are good as well always kept clean! The apartments are very spacious!! I would definitely recommend future tenants.

Note: The leasing office is getting residents to leave “good” reviews by offering prizes and other incentives. It’s dishonest. Take the positive reviews with a grain of salt! Addison Row has much potential… it needs better property management 🙁

3/28/2024 Update:
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

I DEEPLY regret being too lazy to move when my lease ended a few months ago. Every time I think this property cannot get any worse, it does!! The new management in this building has completely ruined the little bit of morale tenants had. The property manager does not reply to emails and is incredibly rude and unhelpful if you're ever unlucky enough to catch her in person. The customer service skills in that office are non-existent. Probably why there's constant turnover. We don't need Poetry Slams. We need prompt and clear communication.

The building used to be so clean and well-maintained, but now it's absolutely NOT!

The parking situation here is a disaster. There are way more cars than there are spots, meaning the likelihood of you getting a spot near your actual unit is SLIM. Good luck walking for 10 minutes in rain, snow, sleet, heat, with kids, groceries, etc. Guests have to PAY for parking by the hour, and the tow truck routinely tows guests AND RESIDENTS without due cause ($150 to get it back no matter what). Don't expect any recourse from the leasing office - they're probably in bed with the tow company.. lord knows they're trying to get money ANY way they can since units aren't selling. NOW, the property has the nerve to offer "Reserved" parking close to the building for only 25 residents for an additional cost beyond what we all already paid and agreed to pay when we moved in. It's almost like they don't want people to renew their leases!!!

If you like being woken up before the sun comes up by the construction of the new buildings on the property, you'll love this place!! The walls and windows still shake constantly. The water pressure and temp go up and down depending on the day.

The area is not just growing but sprinting towards danger. The 'security' guard's negligence, with his car serving as a bed, coupled with the perpetual darkness in the parking lot and the frequent gate malfunctions, is a recipe for disaster.

Still, the only positive is the maintenance team. They are prompt and courteous. Will is the best. The apartment itself looks nice, but the looks are quite deceiving.

LOOK ELSEWHERE. You can find something in a much better area without all of the foolishness from management.

THERE'S A REASON THERE ARE 75+ UNITS VACANT!!

Pick somewhere else to live. After living at Addison Row for a year, I have to update my review from 5 stars to 1.

The front gate has been broken for weeks, inviting crime and car theft (see pictures) into the community. Last night alone, three cars had tires stolen - one directly in front of the leasing center. This is not the first time. After the first round of thefts/break-ins, we were promised security in the parking lot, but there has been none. Instead, the leasing office issued a notice stating any/all visitors to the community would have to pay for parking at any time. Residents all pay for parking monthly and, as a result, should have at least one free guest parking pass like any other apartment complex.

The elevator in the main building has also been broken for over a month, causing an epic inconvenience. People do not clean up after their pets or themselves - it's a MESS! Tenants complain over and over again to no avail. There have been a TON of move-outs, and I plan to join them soon.

I'm thankful to Desiree in the leasing office for trying to alleviate concerns, but the issues need to be reconciled by management.

The office staff are all on 5 different pages about where to tell you to park, AS A RESIDENT. The only nice competent person in there is the woman who we delt with during the leasing process and I rarely get to deal with her anymore. THAT IS IT. There are not enough spaces for the amount of cars here and some spaces are WAY smaller than others. If there is ever damage to your car you'll never find out who did it. There are break ins but they claim to be bound by law and WONT TELL US WHAT BUILDINGS ITS HAPPENING IN. People steal packages ALL THE TIME AND THEY CAN'T FIGURE THAT OUT BUT THEY WILL CALL THE TOW TRUCK ON YOU AT A MOMENTS NOTICE. The property manager shows up whenever she wants and decides when to call their friends at the dinky little the towing company to take your car. Its $175 to get it back by the way and you know they're not offering to pay. Never mind the fact that it was staff that told me in January, that MY CAR WOULD BE FINE WHERE I WAS PARKED AS LONG AS THE STICKER MATCHED THE PLATES ON FILE. I filled out NEW paperwork for my NEW car and temp tags to match the sticker number on file and thank God I even did that because I was told by staff that it didn't matter, as long as I have a sticker it should be fine. This paperwork has ALL OF MY INFO ON IT, NAME, PHONE NUMBER, UNIT, EVERYTHING so it's not like they can't reach out to residents at a moments notice if needed they are just lazy! I was told by leasing staff multiple times that I can park my new vehicle in any space that is not a loading space, reserved, or handicapped. I don't play about my car being towed so I asked MULTIPLE TIMES on SEVERAL DIFFERENT DAYS. I parked my car in one of the "future resident" space overnight, literally ONE NIGHT, AS LITERALLY EVERYONE ELSE HAS BECAUSE I HAVE SEEN IT! Some leave their cars for multiple days!!!! My car was towed at 10:30 am on a weekday, DURING THE WORK DAY and they claim that because they sent an email blast at 9:58 am that people should have had time to move their cars. THEY DID NOT EVEN THINK THAT MAYBE PEOPLE HAVE DAY JOBS AND AREN'T LOOKING FOR ADDISON ROWS EMAILS ABOUT PARKING IN SPACES THAT LITERALLY EVERYONE HAS BEEN PARKING IN SINCE THIS MF WAS BUILT. As I type this now, there are currently three cars parked in those same spaces and all have resident stickers. SO because the property manager or whomever isn't here to call towing, I guess they can stay wherever they want to. Leasing staff claim that the manager needed the spots at that exact moment at 9:58 am on this Thursday, for future resident tours. BUT LET ME TELL YOU WHEN I TOURED THIS PLACE ALMOST A YEAR AGO I HAD TO PARK IN A REGULAR PARKING SPACE BECAUSE THESE SPACES WERE TAKEN BY RESIDENTS AND NOBODY CARED BECAUSE IT IS NOT THAT DEEP. No special accommodation was made because those spots were unavailable and not one car was towed so it seems they pick and chose what rules they will make up for the day. ADDITIONALLY, the towing company Charley's or whatever the name is, shared that the property manager said we can park there until 7am which is not what the leasing staff said AT ALL. First I was told we can park there if we need to, at any time as long as we live here. TODAY it was well you're not supposed to park there at all (which is NOT what I was told IN JANUARY). Now it's you can only park there until 7am. They make up whatever rules they feel like whenever they feel like it and they say whatever they can to justify it to residents and the tow company and that information does not match up. Staff claim it would be too much to search through the files of resident parking stickers because "there's no way of knowing what car belongs to who", YALL MAKE US WRITE IT DOWN ON PAPER SURELY IF YOU USE CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS YOU WILL FIGURE IT OUT but towing residents cars in the middle of the work day and then justifying it by saying "oh we sent out an email" and then being too lazy to try and figure out how to contact vehicle owners is crap and they know it.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! If I could give it 0 stars I would. If you choose to live here you will not be safe. My apartment was broken into yesterday and I was informed by the police that the same thing happened to 6 other residents in the apartment complex. Thousands of dollars worth of items were stolen. Property management never notified us of this. They send a million emails about everything else but never informed residents of this threat to our safety. The police stated that there were no signs of forced entry in any of the cases and believe that it is someone with a master key fob (which would mean most likely it was someone from maintenance). There were also several pieces of key evidence to support that as well. The police have attempted to obtain video surveillance footage several times from the leasing office and property management, but they declined to cooperate with the police and stated that they needed a search warrant in order to view the footage. The police said that no other property management company has ever been this uncooperative during an investigation. The fact that I'm the 7th resident that this has happened to and they're unwilling to release the video surveillance to the police in order to help them find out who is responsible for this is very concerning. I have a 5 year old daughter who lives here as well and it is very unsettling that the person responsible for this could come back and do it again whenever they please because they have easy access to our apartment and all of the other apartments in the complex. Please do not live here.

Love the community just wish people would clean up their pet waste! Another big concern is visitors parking. There is only 20 visitors parking in a neighborhood with over well over 100 units. If you’re looking to have company over on the weekends, they’re only option is to park on the street where all the cars are always getting broken into because 9 times out of 10 there will be no visitor parking available. Don’t dare parking in a spot that doesn’t have a visitor sign on it because you will get towed and charged $175.

I’m a frequent visitor of this property being my partner just moved here in November 2024. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY moving here. I had my car towed after being told where to park and advised that my car would be fine. The staff will lie to your face and tell you management is unavailable when you request to speak with the property manager. There are many other properties in the local area who will value their customers more than this place. YOUR CAR IS NOT SAFE while parked on the property whether you pay or not.
