Investors United is different from the other real estate "gurus" out there. Classes are taught by professionals who are currently active in their fields. The instructors here have decades of real life experience. They show you the finer intricacies of the business; something that is hard to come by in books and from less experienced investors. I have been part of this organization since 2008, when I first enrolled as a student. The classes opened my eyes to other methods of investing that I never thought of. I was focused on rentals and rehabs (which we still do), but I learned many different aspect of investing, such as - how to lend money; controlling property for very little money, and profiting through private assignment or public auction; learned about contracts (which aids in all other matters of business outside of real estate); learned negotiation techniques (again, aids in all other matters of business outside of real estate), and became an Auction Associate, with sister company, Auction Brokers, LLC. This allows me to auction controlled properties, or perform auctions for others who need to sell their property quickly, at a profit.

The number one thing for me is the support. Unlike a weekend seminar, a book, or a DVD, Investors United is a brick and mortar. If you have questions, concerns, or need opinions, you can go to the principals, instructors, or auction associates, for advice.
