Highly recommend Bob Lucido and his entire Team. Bob and Team accomplished everything promised and then some. Initially, Bob personally came to our house to discuss our real estate needs and timing. He is an excellent communicator and has expert knowledge of the real estate market. His team followed up with very helpful suggestions on how to update our house at modest cost, paid for at closing. The Team's marketing skills attracted significant interest among buyers in the scheduled house showings and an open house. We received many serious offers and were able to finalize a very attractive contract within just a few days. House closing followed very quickly and smoothly. Could not be happier!
