I recently hired Ariana to sell my home in Fort Washington, MD. The entire length of time from signing the listing agreement to settlement was two months. It is important to note, however, I had a tenant living in the home during this time. Both the tenant and I agreed that the move out date could be as late as the end of June, or about 75 days from signing the listing agreement. Further, we would not make the home available for showings until the end of May. This was mutually agreed by all, as it served both the tenants needs and mine. Ariana had made excellent suggestions on preparing the home for sale. I took this time to have these suggestions implemented. Ariana helped me and the tenant navigate through the period of time the house was actually on the market. Ariana was especially good with the tenant when setting expectations while showing deference to the tenants' privacy. The home was on the market for 6 days, without too much disruption for the tenant. Ultimately, we had multiple showings over several days and a signed contract in very short order. Having a signed contract was great but not the end of the story. During the inspections period, issues arose with the home that Ariana continued to earn her well deserved commission. She astutely negotiated on my behalf with the buyers agent an acceptable outcome for the buyer and me.

I can, without hesitation, highly recommend Ariana to any potential client. She is truly a professional realtor and her attention to detail throughout the entire contract bears this statement out.
