I called and asked about parking at one of their properties where the back side of the parking lot had not been used for at least 8 years and of course like any other business you have to talk to a certain person. I have been playing tag with this person for quite awhile now FINALLY got ahold of her today and she was very short on the phone which I didn't expect any less. I was told they didn't want the liability. That is the bigges6 joke money can. A lot that NOBODY uses and hasn't for quite sometime and they are worried about liability It's no wonder most of their properties are not filled. I wouldn't rent space from for all the money in the world. Thanks St. John Properties and Stephanie for NOTHING!!!!! WORST Property company around

Having dealt with prior property management groups, landlords, etc., I can say without a doubt that this place is top notch. I want to commend Will especially as his professionalism and demeanor throughout the project was great! I can't understate how incredible Will was and how great he was to work with. Unfortunately, her name escapes me but their in house designer is a remarkable person and very fun to work with.
We moved in about 3 months ago and the snow removal has been on time, property always looks great and communication is always on par. I would not hesitate in recommending anyone looking for space to rent to find one managed by St. Johns Properties as they truly understand how to manage properties.

They have a project in St. Mary's county, Lexington Exchange, that is polluting local waterways with extreme runoff. Environmental disaster.

These guys are as shady as they come. I can’t believe any real estate agent you suggest their client ever sign a lease with them. Stay away!! Stay away, there are plenty of other properties out there.

These guys will nickel and dime you down to the CO2 you exhale. Most of the staff are really kind and responsive but the amount of bills we get for fixing pre-existing issues is egregious. If moving weren't such a pain, we'd leave as soon as our lease was up. (I lease a commercial property.)
