This is my 4th year using Greenscapes, and they just keep getting better. I know landscapers are having a tough time keeping staff on, but the team that came and worked on my yard were amazing. It's like living in a different house. Cut back trees allowing more light in, weed trees no longer blocking house, and all the flower beds cleaned up and looking fresh. Plus the team was super friendly and respectful, all while working in the hot sun and doing an amazing job!

I bought a new house and needed to landscape it from scratch. Greenscapes was a pleasure to deal with. Unlike all other companies I contacted, they returned my calls the same day. Stefanie came to our house to take photos and to help us select plants appropriate for our full -sun situation that would give us year-around color. Within a day she sent me an artist conception of what it would look like imposed on actual photos of our house. We loved it! Once the tree, bushes, and flowers were on hand, she showed up with a crew of two men who worked hard all day until the job was done. Then they cleaned up everywhere they worked. Plus, they guarantee their plants. So happy with this company!

I had a new bed installed last fall, and the plants are coming to life and it is such a huge difference to my house. Because of the quality job, I hired this company to do my weekly mowing. It is so nice to come home and have everything completed for us.

We hired Greenscapes when we first moved into our house and we were not happy with their quality of work. They would go so fast that they would miss chunks of the lawn and the trimming they did was a joke. 5 years later, I see this has not changed. They are now responsible for cutting the grass in our community and it’s worse than when they did ours. Chunks missed, skid marks in the lawn from driving to fast and then stopping at the edge of the lawn, no trimming... They’ve now been called twice to come back and fix their work and they have yet to be heard from.

They do very professional work and they stand behind it no matter what. If a window gets broken due to a stone that was in the yard they fix the window. If the accidentally hit a light in the flower bed they replace it no questions asked. The employees are very polite and accommodating to any need that you have with your land scaping. When i call them for a job i know it will be done right. Keep up the good work guys!

I dont usually write reviews, but really felt compelled to share my experience with Greenscapes Landcare. I cannot say enough good things about them: Professional, Affordable, and superior Customer Service.

A year ago I had just purchased a newer pre-owned home, which had seen some neglect with its shrubbery, landscaping, and lawn. With a busy work schedule of sometimes consecutive 10-12+ hour days, I quickly realized that the curb appeal I desired, was a fading possibility unless I could get some help. As a business owner I could just not devote the time to my lawn and landscape that it would need.

I searched around online for local landscaping companies in the Chestertown region and surrounding areas, made a few phone calls and before I knew it I had met with three different companies.

Owner Casey was the third and last person I met with, and wish he had been the first because I would have canceled the rest. He was 15 minutes early, showed up in a clean truck, and a look you in the eye when he shakes your hand kind of guy. As our conversation took place about my wants and needs for my landscaping, yard, and overall curb appeal of my new to me home, I was more and more convinced that going with Casey and his crew with Greenscapes Landcare was the right move to make. He not only listened to my ideas and concerns, but also offered some additional possibilities based on his experience and they turned out great.

Fast forward a few months, and I am still confident I made the right decision with Greenscapes Landcare. My lawn has been transformed with beautiful deep green stripes, sidewalks/landscape beds/driveway with a fine detailed edging, I wish google would let me post the pictures to believe it. My shrubbery and trees blossoming and have color during all seasons, it just looks great.

In August I spoke with Casey about ripping an old brick patio out and re-vamping this area which I would love to be able to entertain family and guests. He showed me a dozen or so recent patio jobs he had done and I gave him the greenlight. Needless to say he did a top notch job, and on top of it all, it was affordable.

Fast forward a few more months and my business is facing the wrath of winter's ice and snow. I never knew Greenscapes Landcare did snow plowing and ice salting, and had called Casey for some local recommendations, because despite my best efforts with shovels and ice spreaders, I couldn't keep up. I quickly found out that Greenscapes is a do-all type of service, from my lawn to my parking lots and sidewalks, I have been 100% satisfied with the service I received.

I would highly recommend Greenscapes Landcare, and continue to be an extremely happy customer.

Casey and his crew completely redid the landscaping around our home, including tearing out the old shrubs/trees, building retaining walls, adding new plantings, pruning overgrown trees and installing pavers around our driveway. I can't say enough good things about the workmanship, employees, service and all around great work by Casey and his company!

Terrible job - my sodded lawn is a mess (3 years old), weeds everywhere. No response from GS regarding fix of the mess they made of it. If there were (minus) stars, I'd give them -10. Do not use them.
