We used Will Stein's team for both buying and then later selling our home. Both times, we had an excellent experience. Buying and selling are very different, but the approach Will took for each process always put our best interests first. Will provided outstanding advice, always backed up by market research. Will and his team are highly responsive, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Will and his team were truly wonderful to work with! The level of professionalism was unmatched from other Realtors I have worked with in the past. I live 2 hours from the home I was selling, and never had a worry as they kept me in the loop the entire time. Melissa and Will make a great team! I am pleased to have been referred to them from a good friend of ours that recently used their services - Thanks Faith 😉! They are a full service team and are great at problem solving. The biggest plus for me was the communication. While I may not have always been available when they called or emailed or texted, I was comforted to know that they always called when they said they would, followed through with all that was promised and worked very hard to overcome any and all challenges that came before us. The home was on the market for one weekend and the deal closed within 3 weeks. We'd not hesitate to call upon them again if the need arises. The Will Stein Group is sensational. They truly exceeded our expectations to help us sell two homes and purchase our forever home. The entire process went smoothly, fast and we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend the Will Stein Group for selling or buying a home. Will Stein sat with me and discussed the house market, showed me the comparable homes sold and homes that were currently on the market. Melissa Farrell who I had contact with daily made many recommendations on things that she felt would make the house more appealing for the buyer. She explained in detail on the process selling my home once the house went on the market, about the open house process and the closing process. Will & Melissa Farrell are terrific! They made selling my house pretty smooth. Very responsive, knowledgeable & professional.

We would 1000% recommend the Will Stein group to anyone wanting to sell their home. From the very moment we reached out to them they were helpful, kind, knowledgeable, fair, and on top of things. We thought we’d check out several agents, but after chatting with Will we had absolutely no doubt that we would hire them. They are professional, but also personal, responsive, and respectful of your time. Melissa made sure to factor in our family situation (two kids who still nap) whenever showings or anything else was planned. They all went above and beyond to make the sale of our home go as seamlessly and successfully as possible, and negotiated wonderfully on our behalf when the time came for that. We felt completely comfortable with them at the wheel- and in the end sold our house for well over our asking price, ending up with the highest price per square foot that our zip code has seen in 15 years. Do not wait, call now!!! We have sold two houses in the past and this is our first time working with the Will Stein group. We had chosen a different agent and moved out of the state and we knew we were in trouble. Our neighbor called me very early one morning and she strongly encouraged me to just call and talk to Will.
