This͏ was a great experience. First, it was a LONG process. The construction started in October, 2019, but the sale didn't close until November, 2021, due to lengthy inspections with DC Inspectors. Throughout the process Fredericka stayed calm, patient, encouraging, knowledgeable, cooperative and professional. After construction was complete, she staged the property. The WOW factor was evident when you first stepped onto the screened-in front porch. The color scheme popped from start to finish. She was spot on in her pricing of the property. Overall, I would rate the experience a 10 out of 10!
