My daughter and I wanted to rent a house in Crumpton MD that Baker had listed for rent. When we ask what was included in the rent her answer was “the house” I don’t think that that’s professional at all not to mention the poor effort on showing us the house.

When looking for a house to start, not only was Jody on top of new and upcoming listings, she also filtered out the houses she knew would not fit our needs and personality. Once we found the right house, Jody continuously guided my wife and I step-by-step through the process and assisted with the communications with our bank. Jody and her firm Cross Street Realtors did an outstanding job of marketing our home for us. She walked us through the process and made some recommendations on how we could improve the value of our house in a manner that would both increase the value of our house and help the house sell more quickly. We actually made the mistake of not believing her; however, we were fortunate enough to have followed her advice. We received a full sale offer with limited contingencies in a matter of days of it going on the market. If you are thinking of selling your home, my recommendation is to hire Jody Baker to help you. She knows what she is talking about.
