Very nice new construction community. Going there was just something to do on a Saturday and at the suggestion of the salesperson at Timber Creek, another Koch home community. Little did we know that it would check most of our boxes. Lovely community with a pool, fishing pier, biking/jogging trail and it's very walkable. It would be nice to have a beach or marina there too.

We crossed it off as an option because it is across the bridge. Both of us work on the western shore so a daily commute across the bridge would be very expensive and we'd risk bridge closures in inclement weather not to mention have to fight serious traffic on Friday afternoons in the summer.

Was a 5 star until they Kock homes lied and got Covell homes removed!
