Chuck is the best! He listed our place in March and we were on contract in 10 days, at the asking price. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Poor landlord, repairs go months without being addressed. I had plumming issues that went undressed for almost a year. My daughters room was filled with mold due to water coming in from the outside. He didn't address this until it was time for an inspection. He uses unlicensed contractors and instruct them to do patch work to save money. I removed my screen from the window and it fell to pieces because it was screwed together. The frame on my front door was wood nailed together. The locksmith that Mr. Ottley sent, due to my door not being able to lock, told Mr. Ottley that the door was not secure and that he would not want his mother living like that. But, nothing happened. He failed housing's inspection three times, and then began to harass me to move. Mr. Ottley went so far as to tell me he was going to have a locksmith come and change the locks, this eight days after giving me a 30 day notice to vacate. I would not recommend his services to anyone.
