Rob and his team are the ultimate professionals. I initially worked with Rob purchasing a house because of the unique plans he offers (such as where you can pay him by the hour and get the commission refunded- a great plan if you like to do your own research and background work anyway.) Rob Spicer helped us to buy a house in 2019. We found a house ourselves, and Rob helped us to reach a great deal, negotiated a price further down. At the end, we got money from "buyer's realtor" commission, enough to buy a new car. It was a bit more work on our side than it would be with a regular realtor, but it was worth $20 000+ savings. Unless you are buying a small cheap place, you are likely to save with Rob. Rob is a nice person. I would buy/sell house with Rob again.

The first time I used Rob was in 1990. I subsequently have used him in in 5 real estate transactions and have found him to be the most workable agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His knowledge of the market and the "art of the deal" to make sure all sides arrive at the settlement table happy is a rare skill in this day and age.
