Julio Lopez and his team have completed several projects for me. The first was renovation of a previous workshop addition to my home. They basically gutted the 22 x 12 room, installed insulation, drywall, lighting and a gas fireplace, creating a new master bedroom. Later, they installed a deck at the rear of the home. Finally, they helped prepare the home for sale ... power washing, painting inside and out, repairing mortar on retaining walls and foundation, replacing kitchen and bathroom fixtures, roofing, and addition of exterior lighting. They cleaned and repaired mortar on woodburning fireplace and chimney. Julio and his team were flexible, addressing additional issues as they arose and responding to specific requests. They were patient in explaining each step when I asked questions and making smart recommendations to address issues. I wholeheartedly recommend Jesryn!

Julio and his team of contractor professionals at Jesryn General Construction have proven to be a great company to work with! The first time I hired them was for a major interior renovation of my personal residence in 2017, where they opened up the entire 1st floor, installed a new kitchen, reconfigured the entry way, finished the basement, added 2 new bathrooms and renovated a 3rd. That project took about 6 months. In 2022, we started a second job to completely renovate all 3 floors of a rental property, and it was a massive amount of work that included all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing (including under concrete slab drainage), structural changes, refinish the hardwood floors, a new kitchen and bathrooms, and tons of finishing work. They were able to provide a beautiful finished product in just 6 months. From the first job to the most recent, Jesryn has maintained a very good standard of quality. Julio was at the property every day, paid attention to all aspects of construction, addressed anything that came up, and worked hard to stay within the budget. I highly recommend them for any construction job, big or small.

Kindness is not an easy find. Compassion is even harder. But I thank God that I found Julio & Jesryn Construction today. I needed serious snow removal quickly. Other companies were 2 days out with appointments. Julio and his Jesryn colleagues responded so quickly and completed the work in remarkable timing and for an amazing price. He then gave some needed advice for our driveway. My son's car was stuck at the bottom of our hill; they saw me struggling and helped with no reservations. They care about people and that's what make good companies great. I will seek them to take over our lawn care services this Spring. I am so grateful for this connection.

5 stars all around. If I could give them more stars, I would. We had water damage to our walls and flooring on 2 levels of our home and hired Jesryn General Construction from a list of 3 other contractors to do the repair work. Including refinishing our stairs and replacing the stair post. We are very satisfied with the outcomes. As soon as I met with Julio, I knew his company would be the right one for the job. Julio and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention responsive, caring, and personable. Julio stepped in to help speed up our claim process with our insurance company who were giving us a tough time. Additionally, we needed the work completed in 2 weeks as we were expecting visitors. The Jesryn crew made sure that happened by working longer hours than their typical work days and without cutting corners. They made sure we were satisfied with the progress of the work along the way, and made modifications to satisfy our needs. When you are searching for a contractor and you do not have a referral from a friend, you are pretty much at the mercy of the internet, and/or luck. After some research, I hired Jesryn General Contractor LLC to remove and install a French door and to fill in hardwood flooring for a small area of a bedroom.

This was supposed to be a two-day project. However, it quickly turned into an almost 2-week project! Once Julio removed the door, things changed…for the worst and then got better. He could have just completed the job he was contracted for, but he explained that he found major water damage. He said he could not in good faith just install the door. Sharing this unfortunate information could have made me stop the project immediately and sharing this unfortunate information could have loss money for his company, but it's not solely about the money for Julio, it’s more about integrity. His reputation of trying to always do what is right and do it well.

So, he removed and replaced all of the rotted wood first. Julio told me not to worry, he would work with me, and he would make sure everything was completed accurately, efficiently and that I would be very pleased with the results. He was right. I love the outcome!

I never had to wonder what was going on, Julio communicated every step of the way, and he even took pictures. His team, Diego and Julio Jr., were punctual, professional and very easy to work with. I trusted them to do what we agreed would be done. I highly recommend Jesryn General Contractor LLC, and if you contract their services, you will not be disappointed.

Wow! Wow! Wow!!
Jesryn Construction saved the day for our business! We had a very difficult time finding a company who could install drop ceilings and they were the completed the job with amazing results! They were extremely quick to reply and came in for a quote the same day and started the job the very next day. Their employees were also so friendly and easy to work with the entire process. The ceiling looked amazing and they completed the project very quickly. We will definitely be using them for every project that we need in the future. If I could give them ten stars, I would! We are extremely happy with our new kitchen. New floor, new layout, new cabinets, new lighting, it was a top to bottom renovation and they got it all done in about six weeks. I appreciated the polite and professional crew, each with their own areas of expertise, great attention to detail and pride in their work. We have been using the kitchen now for a couple of weeks and have found everything looking and working perfectly. Julio Lopez and his team have gone above and beyond to help us decide and choose what layout worked better for the space we wanted to remodel. They attached to Maryland's construction code and even better, ADA wheelchair accessible doorway spaces!!!
