Magnus Caywood, the son of owner, happened to be picking up paperwork at DCRA so he had time on his hands, and overheard when I went to the counter and didn’t know the block number to fill in on the form. The ladies behind the counter said with a nod to Magnus, he can probably help you.

Magnus spent the next hour plus helping me research surveyor records on-line, and teaching me where to find docs I would need.

As we wrapped up, a lady in her nineties came in with a complicated question, and again, Magnus again volunteered to step in and help, finding docs for her and explaining them. Priceless. Amazing customer service that turned me into a customer!

Daniel Caywood was not personable or professional in regards to a generalized question. In my opinion, the president of a company should be more helpful to customers in pointing them to the right direction; not rude.
