I’ve had the pleasure of working with Candice Wade, the Community Manager , and she has been nothing short of amazing. As a new homeowner in the community, I’ve had lots of questions while getting settled, and Candice has been incredibly proactive in providing all the information I needed. She’s always professional, polite, and consistently goes above and beyond.

Ms. Dorie Tyson, Field Service Manager, received 5 stars from me because of her knowledge, Integrity, work ethic and personality!!! She was able to resolve two long overdue (2023-early 2025) problems that affected my condo: (1) busted gutter down spot and (2) water damage door frame. Ms. Tyson performed a required site visit to my home and selected the best Contractor who provided outstanding services. I was pleased to return from work see the problems were resolved! If I could leave zero stars I would. I currently reside in Takoma Phoenix Condominiums which is managed by this company. I have lived here going on my 5th year and it has been hell. They had just 1 person who was knowledgeable and returned calls but that wasn't for long. The current manager Meredith Craft does not. Good luck trying to speak with them as they are either out of office or just plain won't return your calls.
Nothing gets done and when it does its poorly with no notice. Can't turn to the HOA for assistance so good luck
Hoping to move out soon and not deal with property management ever again!

Ms. Samantha Colie for the work she is doing for the Beechfield 55+ Community located in Bowie Maryland.
She answers her phone when available and when she can’t she will return your call or email as soon as possible.
She’s concerned about the different issues we face in our community and goes the extra mile to help resolve these concerns.

If there was an option to leave negative stars I would select that.

CMC’s lack of professionalism and accountability is beyond frustrating. Their failure to communicate, constant delays, and careless and numerous errors are completely unacceptable.

They take no accountability for their mistakes, provided documents with errors, and their lack of urgency caused unnecessary stress for everyone involved. They promised us updated packet by a certain time, only to be left waiting with no response. There were multiple follow ups just to get basic updates. Using messenger pigeons to communicate is more reliable than expecting a timely response from this company

I wanted to recognize the great work Malik Davis has done to manage the Lansdowne Village Greens community. Since he took over the management, the snow removal, trash and landscaping has improved dramatically. I often see Mr. Davis driving making rounds around to ensure the community remains clean and inspired. He stops to talk to residents to get feedback and explore ways he could better improve. I've been living in the LVG since 2008 and have never seen such care and attention from a property manager. Malik is a great asset to our community and I am comforted knowing we are in good hands!!

Unfortunately, our experience with this HOA management company has been nothing but frustrating. Reaching anyone for help or answers is nearly impossible—emails go unanswered, and when you finally manage to speak to someone, the staff is dismissive and rude. They seem more focused on avoiding responsibilities than providing any real support to residents. If you’re looking for a responsive and professional management team, I would definitely look elsewhere. The point of contact person for our community is Randy and when you finally do receive a response from him, he always states it’s someone else who can help with what we are asking. However, they also never answer. So I’m not sure what Randy contributes to the company. Clearly nothing.

Worst community management group I’ve ever had the displeasure to work with. They have no system or portal for renting a clubhouse. We submitted paperwork TWO MONTHS ago to reserve a space, and they only told us two days ago that someone else evidently submitted paperwork for that day before us. Randy is horrible at communicating and making us feel heard. He offered us another clubhouse and hasnt even provided us access to it so we can review the location. We’ve escalated and no one is responding and now I feel they’re wanting to intentionally withhold our deposit, which we need to use to find ANOTHER location since these folks aren’t giving us many options with so little time left. Avoid any community that these folks manage!!
