Great community! We've lived here for 10 years now! Saw the community build up. The diversity of the community is welcoming especially for our children. The playground is fun. Events for the residents are awesome. The maintenance crew is professional and expedient. The clubhouse renovations are nice. The leasing staff is accommodating, professional and kind.

I’ve been living at The Brompton House for 7 months now, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! From the very beginning, Toya in the leasing office made the process so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, showing me different apartments until I found the perfect one. Since then, everything has gone smoothly. The complex is always spotless, and I haven’t had any issues with pests or anything else. My neighbors are friendly, the appliances are updated, and the maintenance team is always prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend The Brompton House to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place to live!

Moved in about 3 months ago and love it! The building and grounds are always well kept, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet despite lots of activity. Maintenance is completed very timely. Everyone in the leasing office is super friendly and helpful, especially Kimi.

Maintenance came in less than 24 hours to address the service request I had reported. I was not home, but I authorized them to enter. He thanked me, which I appreciated. The issues were completed and notice was left stated the work was all done.

So far living at brompton house has been great! Been here for 2 months and the move in process was a breeze thanks to Latoya in the leasing office! Also, Carl in maintenance is very knowledgeable and helpful. Our pet knocked a fuse loose in the laundry room turning off our AC/Heat unit, Carl had it running again in 30 seconds of him being here

What Brompton House lacks in the way of sexy location it makes up for in everything else. Maintenance is absolutely top notch, Carl and the rest of the staff fix whatever problem you have efficiently and correctly. Walls are well insulated, noise is rarely an issue. Most of the tenants are kind and respectful. I would definitely recommend to interested individuals.

Carl and JJ our maintenance tem are wonderful. I gave it 3 stars because the office staff NEVER answer the phone. I was at the building calling and they never picked up as I watched them. Communication Is not great. When there is a broken amenity as in the gate etc your not made aware. Amenities are what attracts people to your property and what they pay for. Nice place but the office staff could do better.

Carl, came by and did an investigation on my concern. After some trouble shooting he determined it was necessary to replace the push switch. His timing was very good did not take very long. He was professional and had a good attitude. Mr Carl has done several maintenance requests in our apartment and we’ve always been happy with his services.
