The absolute worst Real Estate company I’ve ever dealt with in 40 years. Justine Pompei and Ken Crowley have no interest in assisting a buyer with a “renovated” bathroom that’s unusable. I’m handicapped and require a walk in shower. This one is a joke. Water sprays all over the bathroom and the drain is higher than the floor. Ms Pompei told us we’re lucky to have been able to purchase this condo. We should be grateful. Since it’s our second home, I see no reason we should be grateful to her. Ken Crowley told us we were getting absolutely no help from him and he didn’t care about what had to be done to fix the shower. Two rude and obnoxious Real Estate “Professionals.” They should be suspended by the MD Real Estate Commission.

I never received a reply about the property at Rosmar Dr, Ellicott City. I guess that they do not wish to sell it to me.
