Parkside Townhomes - Hanover, Maryland

Literally just watched someone get towed for double parking but there is NO parking in this community. People all the way from across the street and around the corner come and take all of the spots directly in front of *your* home because the parking pads/garages are tiny and useless. REALLY hoping they at least assign spots located directly in front of houses to at least one 'guest' spot per house. Extremely frustrating getting home from a long stressful day of work and all of the spots remotely close to your home are taken (by people who aren't even on the same street) and you have to walk a whole block to your house. Don't even get me started on trying to bring in a bunch of groceries.

Gorgeous house, huge inside. The layout I seen was done very well to make use of every room appropriately and to make all the rooms fee even bigger. Pretty kitchen with dark cabinets n white counter tops. Long bars perfect for gathering around and being the center of attention . Gorgeous master bath. Big bonus room on the fourth floor and basement. Nice big rooftop patio. Only con is no yard.

I own an upper unit at Parkside by Beazer Homes. My downstairs neighbor, Army type, keeps harassing me since we moved into our respective units. She keeps harassing me to no end over trivial noise as though gravity doesn't exist, and took the harassment to a new height on the CPAC weekend where she harassed me in writing and through my door systems over my political beliefs. I have written mounting evidence that she clearly knows there is no sound barriers in between our units. I highly suspect she's either a de facto woketard that only harasses other ethnic minorities, or the building materials are truly cheaply made. After all, identity politics should have no place in the U.S. Armed Forces, DoD, and this country as a whole.

Your experience here will depend on who your builder is. If your builder is Ryan homes, good luck. It’s going to be a nightmare. If you build with one of the other builders here, you’ll likely have a better experience. The HOA takes your $ but produces very little. The neighborly experience also seems to vary quite a bit, depending on where in the neighborhood you live.

Been living here 3.5 years now. Extremely high quality homes. Great neighborhood. Amazing pool. Can't ask for a better place to live for the price.

These townhomes are cute and have a lot of varieties to choose from. Some lots are quite a way from the pool/park, but the streets are quiet.
