Paula provides the ultimate in real estate service. She is highly professional, knowledgeable, no-nonsense and available. Even though I have close friends who are realtors, I chose Paula as my realtor for the benefit of having a person trained specifically to assist seniors. I never regretted my decision. I felt like I was her only client throughout the process.
I called on her many times on a myriad of subjects and she was always available, always within a very reasonable period of time. She does not rush you. If you need an explanation, she will put everything on pause until you’re satisfied. I highly recommend Ms. Paula. I wish I had another house to sell. I’m going to miss experiencing all the aspects of watching her be successful for me and my family!

BEWARE. I hired Keller Williams, Agent Paula Amaker, to list my rental property. Supposedly, the tenant was 'screened' using KW third party screening company and I was told the application references were called, checked, and verified. Tenant was late 6 out of 8 months and stopped paying rent after that. My research uncovered that the Employment and Housing references were falsified to qualify for my rental. Phone numbers were non-working. Paycheck stubs were fraudulent. When reaching out to KW for assistance, they responded "we are not private investigators". Find a real estate company that will prioritize your best interest. Unfortunately, Keller Williams is NOT that company.

Wow, she is one of the best! Paula Amaker of Keller Williams Realty has proven herself to be a high level Senior Real Estate Specialist in the DMV area. She is a “Move Manager “ from beginning to end. I moved out of Maryland area and Paula managed the sell of my home in a quick and effective manner. She was also instrumental in my finding the perfect home in another state. During the process of selling my home a very tragic situation developed. Paula showed great poise and empathy yet stayed focused on the task. She is knowledgeable, patient, caring and very professional. She has surrounded her business with an excellent cadre of professionals to ensure that her clients have access to everything they will need to get from “ listed to sold” and then from “sold to relocated.”

Working with Paula was a dream. My husband and I closed on our first home in like no time (we honestly though this process was going to take much longer). Paula educated us on home buying, she was so patient with us and so knowledgeable about the market, she was avaliable to us every step of the way. She really had our back.
