Lovelle was the best thing that ever happened to me! I read referred to her and she got me in for a consultation right away and got all of my info and my wants and needs of why I was looking for. I had a very difficult buying process due to the seller but Lovelle fought for me as if I was family! If you want a realtor who is going fight for you and get you what you deserve then Love is the one for you! She’s very respectful and responsive. 10/10 recommend!

***Long version***
Honestly, I don't even know where to start.

After being introduced through my sister who'd purchased a home the year before, I reached out to Lovelle in October 2020 to help me navigate my first home purchase.

From the beginning she made a point to get clear on what my goals, budget, timeline etc were and from there we hit the ground running.

She made sure I saw everything I wanted, had all the details (and tea) on each location and was intentional about being an objective voice of reason. She made a process that could feel like a lot, feel like a breeze.

From the lender, to inspectors, etc Lovelle was able to help me find people that made sense.

All in all, I closed Jan 2021 on multi-family that I could only dream of.

Shoutout to Lovelle, thank you so much for everything!

Note: the market in general was a bit crazy, everyone had a little extra cash and was ready to buy so, as a buyer you had to be ready to move. Though that was the energy of the market Lovelle was much more concerned about whether I felt good about each decision I was making along the way.
