Dorsey Townhome is truly beautiful and stunning. The manager, Zerita was very friendly and helpful. She patiently answered all my questions, kept everything organized with the paperwork, and met with us multiple times to explain everything in detail. Even with her busy schedule, she went above and beyond to assist us, and I’m truly grateful for her help.

The Dorsey management team has always been kind, professional, and prompt.
They are understanding, easy to talk to, and I have very good conversations with them.

We absolutely love our new home and couldn't be happier with the vibrant community we've joined! The property management team's service has been nothing short of impeccable. Every question or concern has been addressed promptly and with genuine care, which has made us feel incredibly supported.

In addition to the excellent property management, the construction workers have been amazing. Kyle and Ben from the Ryan Homes team have been incredibly attentive, and it’s clear they take pride in what they are building. The construction crew always makes sure to clean up after themselves and treat this place not just as a work site but as if it were their own homes. Their professionalism and attention to detail have really stood out to us.

The journey to get here wasn’t without its hurdles, but your professionalism, patience, and dedication helped make everything come together smoothly. We are thrilled to call this place home, and the sense of community we feel here is unmatched.

I am a new resident at Dorsey Overlook and very happy with my decision. This new construction townhouse community is the best! My townhouse unit is well built. No gaps underneath the outside doors, automatic lighting in the closets, top of the line window blinds, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, plenty of storage, extra large washer/dryer, and more. Even though construction is ongoing, the community is already nicely landscaped. And, quality customer service is not lacking. From the application process to move-in, Zerita has been very responsive and expedient while exhibiting a caring demeanor. She responded quickly and effectively to my initial rental inquiry and subsequent questions. Zerita even communicated with me the day before move-in to ensure a smooth arrival and property possession. Excellent communication and property management behavior by Zerita! Kudos to Dorsey Overlook! I have settled in a great place.

I’ve lived in the community for almost 4 months now. Since first moving in, I’ve had issues with the air-conditioning as well as blinds that don’t cover my window fully. The AC issue was taken care of about two months into my lease. Still no update yet on the issue with the blinds for the window. If you’re thinking about moving into an a unit, don’t do it unless you want to constantly hear the people above you the floors/walls are paper thin I can hear every time the person walks through their townhome, as well as their music, conversations, and general activity. I did reach out to the corporate office and was promised a call back from management but never received that instead I received a call/email from the leasing office which offered no resolution besides my neighbor placing an area rug in their unit, which has not helped at all. I would expect a sense of urgency, especially to get into account the pricing these townhomes. Overall I’m disappointed in the quality of the homes as well as management.
